The Slush can be tasted with or without the addition of a special whipped cream (whipped naturally without adding air by insufflation). For gourmands we offer the “SCIROCCATA”: granita + scoop of gelato + whipped cream on top.

We do not use flavored fruit syrups, but lots of fresh fruit over 50%, natural mineral water with low sodium and sugar content: no secrets for a granita taste that respects Sicilian traditions.
